Beulah May Benton 
Beulah May was born on May 2nd, 1891 in Walterboro, SC.1 Beulah May's father was James Medicus Benton and her mother was Annie Elizabeth Bishop. Her paternal grandparents were Edward H. Benton and Martha Ann Elizabeth Varn. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named David Benjamin, Kelly Lee, Laurie Jasper, James McDuffie, George Talbert, Richard Brantley, Edward Heyward, Janie, D. Effie and Infant. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 78 on September 2nd, 1969.1 -
