Ezra Powhatan Stanley 
Ezra Powhatan was born on August 22nd, 1869 in Beaverdam, Hanover Co., VA. Ezra Powhatan's father was Zephaniah Powhatan Stanley and his mother was Margaret Perlina Hall. His paternal grandparents were William Stanley and Juriah Rice; his maternal grandparents were Thompson Hall and Elizabeth Harris. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Travis Sidney, Horace Greeley, Chester Allen, Floyd, Deliah Lee, Ida Grant and Ada Rose. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Henry, William Alcie, Dahlquern Thompson, Thomas Jefferson and Lorinda. He died at the age of 73 on August 13th, 1943 in Pocatello, Bannock Co., Idaho.General Notes
