Sarah Carter 
Sarah was born about 1694 in "Corotoman", Lancaster Co., VA. Sarah's father was Robert Carter and her mother was Judith Armistead. Her paternal grandparents were John Carter and Sarah Ludlow; her maternal grandparents were John Armistead and Judith Bowles Robinson. She had a brother and three sisters, named John, Elizabeth, Judith and Judith. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had five half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Robert, Charles, Ludlow, Landon, George, Anne, Sarah, Betty, Mary and Lucy. She died before 1699. She was buried in Old Christ Church, Lancaster Co., VA.1 -
