Elizabeth Carter 
Elizabeth was born in 1692 in "Corotoman", Lancaster Co., VA. Elizabeth's father was Robert Carter and her mother was Judith Armistead. Her paternal grandparents were John Carter and Sarah Ludlow; her maternal grandparents were John Armistead and Judith Bowles Robinson. She had a brother and three sisters, named John, Judith, Sarah and Judith. She was the second oldest of the five children. She had five half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Robert, Charles, Ludlow, Landon, George, Anne, Sarah, Betty, Mary and Lucy. She died at the age of 42 on April 30th, 1734 in VA.General Notes
