Frank Newiss

Frank was born in 1868 in Boston Spa, Yorkshire, England.¹ Frank's father was Joseph Newiss and his mother was Ann Hartley. His paternal grandparents were Robert Newis and Sara (Newhouse). He had five brothers and five sisters, named James, Enoch, Joseph, Edwin C, Charles, Elizabeth, Sarah Elizabeth, Kate, Esther Ann and Ruth. He was the youngest of the eleven children.
