Mr Ebenezer Doane

Ebenezer was born in April 1676 in Eastham.¹ Ebenezer's father was Mr Ephraim Doane and his mother was Mrs Mercy Mary Knowles. His paternal grandparents were Mr John Doane and Abigail; his maternal grandparents were Mr Richard Knowles and Mrs Ruth Bower. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Hezekiah, Thomas, Nehemiah, Patience, Apphia, Patience and Ruhama. He was the fifth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 47 in 1723.¹
