Ms Apphia Doane

Apphia was born on July 18th, 1670.¹ Apphia's father was Mr Ephraim Doane and her mother was Mrs Mercy Mary Knowles. Her paternal grandparents were Mr John Doane and Abigail; her maternal grandparents were Mr Richard Knowles and Mrs Ruth Bower. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Hezekiah, Thomas, Ebenezer, Nehemiah, Patience, Patience and Ruhama. She was the second oldest of the eight children.¹
