Eleanor was born in 1215 in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England.  Eleanor's father was John Plantagenet and her mother was Isabella Of Angouleme Taillefer.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry Plantagenet and Eleanor Aquitaine; her maternal grandparents were Aymer Taillefer De Angouleme and Alix De Courtenay. She had two brothers named Henry III Plantagenet King Of and Richard. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Richard, Hugh XI De, William De Lusignan, William De Lusignan, Joan and Alice Le Brun De.  She died at the age of 60 on April 13th, 1275 in Montargis Abbey, Loiret, France.  She was buried in Montargis, Loiret, France.

‌Eleanor and Simon V De were married in a religious ceremony in Kings Chapel, Westminster Palace, Middlesex, England.  They had a son and a daughter, named Guy De and Eleanor De.
