Isabella Of Angouleme was born in 1188 in Angouleme, Aquitaine, Charente, France.  Isabella Of Angouleme's father was Aymer Taillefer De Angouleme and her mother was Alix De Courtenay.  Her paternal grandparents were Guillaume IV Taillefer De Angouleme and Marguerite De Turenne; her maternal grandparents were Pierre Emperor Of Constantinople and Isabelle Elizabeth De Courtenay.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 58 on May 31st, 1246 in Fontevault Abbey, Fonervrault, Maine Et Loire, France.  She was buried in Fontevrault Abbe, Fontevrault, Maine Et Loire, France.
