Alix Adelaide Countess was born in 1100 in Savoy, France.  Alix Adelaide Countess' father was Humbert II De Maurienne Count Of Savoy and her mother was Gisela Gille Countess Burgundy.  Her paternal grandparents were Amadeus Amadeo II De Savoy and Joan Of Geneva; her maternal grandparents were William I The Great Burgundy and Stephanie Etiennette De Longwy. She had a brother and a sister, named Amadeo III Count Of and Agnes Of.  She was the second oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Guillaume VI Of and Jeanne De.  She died at the age of 54 on November 18th, 1154 in France.  She was buried in Montmartre Abbey, Savoie, France.
