He had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert Count Of, Mauger Count De, Beatrice De and Emma Of. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Godfrey Fitzrichard Of, William De, Muriella De, Hawisa Hedwig Of and Papia Of.  He died in Faecamp, Normandie.  He was buried in Fecamp, Seine Inferieure, France.
