Nesta Verch was born in 1073 in Deheubarth, Wales. Nesta Verch's father was Rhys Ap Tewdwr and her mother is Gwladus Verch Rhiwallon. Her paternal grandparents were Tewdwr Mawr The Great Ap Cadell and Gwenlian Of Anglesea; her maternal grandparents were Rhiwallon Ap Cynfyn and Mrs Rhiwallon Ap Cynvyn. She had a brother and a sister, named Gruffudd Ap and Margred Verch. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died before 1136.General Notes
