William De Lusignan was born after 1225 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, England.  William De Lusignan's father was Hugh X De Lusignan and his mother was Isabella Of Angouleme Taillefer.  His paternal grandparents were Hugh IX De Lusignan and Mathilde Taillefer De Angouleme; his maternal grandparents were Aymer Taillefer De Angouleme and Alix De Courtenay. He had two brothers and a sister, named Hugh XI De, William De Lusignan and Alice Le Brun De. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Henry III Plantagenet King Of, Richard and Eleanor.  He died before May 18th, 1296 in Slain In Battle In France.  He was buried in Westminster Abbey, London, Middlesex, England.

‌William De Lusignan and Joan were married in a religious ceremony on August 13th, 1247 in England.  They had a daughter named Isabel De.
