Matilda was born in London, Middlesex, England.  Matilda's father was Henry I Beauclerc England and her mother was Matilda Princess Of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were William I The Conqueror King Of England and Matilda Maud Flanders; her maternal grandparents were Malcolm III Canmore King Of Scotland and Margaret Atheling England. She had two sisters named Elizabeth Princess Of and Adelaide Of. She had four half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Henry, Robert The King's Son, William De, Reginald, Maud Princess Of, Constance Of, Alice Princess Of, Sibylla, Emme of and Eustacia De.  She died on September 10th, 1167 in Notre Dame, Rouen, Seine Maritime, France.  She was buried on September 10th, 1167 in Bec Abbey, Le Bec Hellouin, Eure, France.


Matilda's family with Geoffrey Plantagenet

‌Matilda and Geoffrey were married in a religious ceremony on April 3rd, 1127 in Le Mans, Sarthe, Maine Pays DE La Loire, France.  They had a son and a daughter, named Henry and Emme.
