Reginald was born about 1100 in Dunstanville, Kent, England.  Reginald's father was Henry I Beauclerc England and his mother was Sibyl Adela Lucy Corbet.  His paternal grandparents were William I The Conqueror King Of England and Matilda Maud Flanders; his maternal grandparents were Robert Corbet and Mrs Robert Cobet. He had three sisters named Sibylla, Emme of and Eustacia De. He had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Henry, Robert The King's Son, William De, Herbert II, Maud Princess Of, Elizabeth Princess Of, Adelaide Of, Matilda, Constance Of, Alice Princess Of and Rohese.  He died on July 1st, 1175 in Chertsey, Sussex, England.  He was buried in Sheriff Of Devon.
