Harry was born on December 19th, 1886 in Shelby County, Illinois. Harry's father was Allen Decatur Webb and his mother was Mary Ann Springer (Webb). His paternal grandparents were Addison J. Webb and Wilmouth Griffin Harder (Webb). He had a brother and five sisters, named Tracy, Blanche, Della, Ferne, Lucile and Minnie. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Emerson, Hattie and Lillie. He died at the age of 80 in October 1967 in Stewardson, Illinois.
