Blanche was born on March 1st, 1884. Blanche's father was Allen Decatur Webb and her mother was Mary Ann Springer (Webb). Her paternal grandparents were Addison J. Webb and Wilmouth Griffin Harder (Webb). She had two brothers and four sisters, named Harry, Tracy, Della, Ferne, Lucile and Minnie. She was the oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Emerson, Hattie and Lillie. She died at the age of 88 on October 21st, 1972 in Mount Zion, Illinois. She was buried at the Mount Zion Cemetery.
