Kezia was born in 1793 in Oakley, Hampshire and her christening took place there on October 13th, 1793.1 2   Kezia's father was Peter Oliver and her mother was Sarah Worte.  Her paternal grandparents were William Oliver and Anna Decker. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Isaac, Peter, Abraham, George, John, James, George, Sarah, Jane and Mary.  She was the oldest of the eleven children.
