Isaac was born in 1798 in Oakley, Hampshire.1   Isaac's father was Peter Oliver and his mother was Sarah Worte.  His paternal grandparents were William Oliver and Anna Decker. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Peter, Abraham, George, John, James, George, Kezia, Sarah, Jane and Mary.  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 2 in 1800 in Oakley, Hampshire.1
