Dinah Avis

Dinah was born in 1816 in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire and her christening took place there on October 20th, 1816.¹ Dinah's father was Thomas Avis and her mother was Mary Chambers. Her paternal grandparents were William Avis and Elizabeth. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, John, James, Nathanial, Thomas, Ann and Mary. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 93 in 1909 in Buckinghamshire.²
