Sarah Stratton 
Sarah was born in 1771 in Caroline Co, Va. Sarah's father was Lt. Henry Stratton and her mother was Sarah Hampton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Stratton and Elizabeth Elam; her maternal grandparents were Richard Hampton and Alice"Alce".......... She had four brothers and five sisters, named John Hampton, Archibald, William, Thomas, Elizabeth "Betty", Anna (Anne), Millicent "Milly", Jane "Gincey" and Judith (Judah). She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Henry, Mary and Martha. She died in Augusta, Columbia Co, Georgia. She was buried in Augusta, Columbia Co, Georgia.General Notes
