Mary Bruce

Mary was born about 1285 in Carrick, Argyll, Scotland. Mary's father was Robert Bruce and her mother was Marjorie McDowell of Carrick. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Bruce and Isabel De Clare; her maternal grandfather was Neil McDowell of Carrick and her maternal grandmother is Margaret Stewart. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Robert, Nigel, Edward, Thomas, Christina, Isabel, Margaret, Maud, Elizabeth and Margery. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She had a half-sister named Isabel. She died before September 22nd, 1323 in Scotland.
