Eschyna was born about 1105 in Molle, Durham, England.  Eschyna's father is Thomas De Londonius and her mother is ? De Molle.  She is an only child.

‌Eschyna and Walter were married in a religious ceremony about 1125.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Alan, Simon and Marjory.
