Cicely was born on May 3rd, 1415 in Raby Castle, Durham.  Cicely's father was Ralph de Neville and her mother was Joan de Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John de Neville and Maud de Percy; her maternal grandparents were John Plantagenet of Gaunt and Catherine Swynford Roet. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Richard, William, Thomas, Robert, George, Cuthbert, Edward, Eleanor, Anne, Joan and Catherine. She had two half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named John de Neville of, Ralph de Neville of, Alice, Anastasia, Anne, Elizabeth, Maude, Philippa, Margaret, Elizabeth and Mary.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamsted Castle, Hertfordshire, England.  She was buried in Collegiate Church of Fotheringhay.
