Anne Plantagenet of was born on August 10th, 1439 in Fotheringhay Castle, Northants, England.  Anne Plantagenet of's father was Richard Plantagenet of York and her mother was Cicely de Neville.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Plantagenet of Conisburgh and Anne Mortimer; her maternal grandparents were Ralph de Neville and Joan de Beaufort. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Edward IV Plantagenet of, Edmund Plantagenet of, William Plantagenet of, John Plantagenet of, George Plantagenet of, Thomas Plantagenet of, Richard III Crookback Plantagenet of, Henry Plantagenet of, Joan Plantagenet of, Elizabeth Plantagenet of, Margaret Plantagenet of and Ursula Plantagenet of.  She was buried in St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, England.
