Isabel was born about 1307 in Berkeley, Gloucestershire, England.  Isabel's father was Maurice the Magnanimous de Berkeley and her mother was Eva la Zouche.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas the Wise de Berkeley and Margaret (Joane) de Ferrers; her maternal grandparents were Eudo la Zouche and Millicent de Cantelou. She had five brothers and a sister, named Maurice de Berkeley of, Eudo, John, Peter, Thomas the Rich and Millicent (Ela).  She died on July 25th, 1362.


Isabel's first family with Robert II de Clifford

‌Isabel and Robert II were married in a religious ceremony in June 1328 in Berkeley Castle, Gloucestershire, England.  They had three sons and a daughter, named Robert, Thomas, Roger and Isabel.


Isabel's second family with Thomas de Musgrave

‌Isabel and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony before June 9th, 1345.
