Her paternal grandparents were Gunceline de Badlesmere and Joan FitzBernard; her maternal grandparents were Thomas de Clare and Juliane FitzMaurice Fitzgerald of Offaly. She had a brother and three sisters, named Giles, Joane, Margery and Margaret. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died on June 8th, 1356.General Notes
