Agnes Capet of was born in 1171.  Agnes Capet of's father was Louis VII Capet the Younger of France and her mother was Adelaide de Blois de Champagne.  Her paternal grandparents were Louis VI the Fat Capet of France and Adelaide de Maurienne of Savoy; her maternal grandparents were Theobald III the Great of Blois and Mathilda von Sponheim of Carinthia. She had a brother and a sister, named Philip II Augustus Capet of and Adele (Alix) Capet of.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had four half-sisters named Marie Capet of, Alisa Capet of, Margaret Capet of and Adelaide Capet of.  She died after 1240.
