Orel Stanley Bjorlie 
Orel Stanley was born on April 9th, 1915 in Bjorlie Farm, Bergen Township, Nelson County, North Dakota. Orel Stanley's father was Olaf Alfred Bjorlie and his mother was Louise Mathilda Enstad. His paternal grandparents were Sever Henry Bjorlie and Karen Oien Johnson; his maternal grandparents were Ole Johannes Enstad and Mari Olsdatter Enstad. He has a brother and a sister, named Kermit Manfred and Helen Jeanette. He is the oldest of the three children.General Notes

"DELF-BJORLIE VOWS EXCHANGED JUNE 1 At a double ring ceremony June
1, Myrtle Delf, daughter of Mrs. Annie Delf of McHenry and Orel S.
Bjorlie, son of Mrs. Louise Bjorlie of Pekin, exchanged vows at 10:30 A.
M. at Our Saviors Lutheran church in McHnery with Rev. A. O. Borlaug
performing the ceremony. Prenuptial music and wedding march was played
by Mrs. Matt Faytle. Soloist was Connie Borlaug who sang "I Love You
Truly," and "God Gave Me You." Attendants were Helen Delf, sister of the
bride, and Kermit Bjorlie, brother of the bridegroom. The bride wore a
light blue suit with black accessories and a corsage of red roses. The
bredesmaid wore a grey suit with black accessories and a corsage of pink
roses. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served for the immediate
families at the brides home. A three tiered wedding cake with miniature
bride and groom served as a centerpiece for the bridal table.
Immediately following the dinner the couple left on a trip to the Black
Hills and Yellowstone park. They will reside on a farm south of Pekin."
