Birth Notes

Ellen's father was John Vickers (Mather) and her mother was Elizabeth Marsh. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Vickers and Mary Mather. She had six brothers and four sisters, named James, Ellis, Thomas, John, Thomas, William, Alice, Mary, Jane and Ann. She was the youngest of the eleven children.
