Mary (Jinnie) Jane Timmis

Mary, known as Jinnie, was born in June 1862 in Little Neston and her baptism took place on May 25th, 1862 in Neston.¹²

Jinnie's father was Richard Timmis Jnr and her mother was Lydia Woodward. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Timmis and Ellen Lewis; her maternal grandparents were James Woodward and Ann Williams. She had two sisters named Ellen and Lydia. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 88 on March 20th, 1951 in Birkenhead.³
