Richard Timmis

Richard was born in 1748 in Staffordshire and his baptism took place there on February 26th, 1748.¹

  The Only Richard Timmis found in Staffs at this time (and another in Cheshire), but must be too old ?

Richard's father was John Timmis and his mother was Elizabeth Hollins. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the three known children. He died at the age of 51 in February 1799 in Burslem. His burial was on February 21st, 1799 in Burslem.²²

  It is assumed Richard and Mary died at or near Keele. Burslem is a good march as both buried in same place a few years appart.
