Frank was born on February 6th, 1916 in Wallasey.¹

Birth Notes

Frank's father was Thomas William Stocks and his mother was Clara Lee. His paternal grandparents were Charles Henry Stocks and Frances (Fanny) Ann Perry. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Charles, George, Thomas, Phyllis, Dorothy, Evelyn, Clara, Hazel and Elsie. He was the third youngest of the ten children.
