Clara was born on January 3rd, 1914 in Wallasey.¹

Birth Notes

Clara's father was Thomas William Stocks and her mother was Clara Lee. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Henry Stocks and Frances (Fanny) Ann Perry. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Charles, George, Thomas, Frank, Phyllis, Dorothy, Evelyn, Hazel and Elsie. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
