William Openshaw

William was born in June 1865 in Pendlebury.¹

William's father was Job Openshaw Snr and his mother was Nancy Beswick. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Openshaw and Catherine (Cassandra) Haslam; his maternal grandparents were James Beswick and Alice Booth. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Job, Jonathan, Jane, Alice, Sarah, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 21 on May 25th, 1887 in Utah (UT). His burial was on May 25th, 1887 in Salt Lake County/City.
