The Marriage banns were read on Sundays the 11, 18 and 25 of December 1803 between William Milington a bachelor and collier and Mary Hewitt at Hawarden.
In 1841, William a collier and Mary both 55) are at Dirty Mile, Pentrobin. They have three sons George, William and Charles (15, 14 & 12).
In 1851, William (68 is a Pauper, formerly a collier. He has with him his wife Mary (66), also a pauper and son Charles (21). They are living at Little Mountain, next to Dirty Mile Road and neighbours of William & Jane Millington and family.

In 1861, both Williams had died. Mary and Jane are still neighbours at Dirty Mile, "Coal Miners Widows"
