George Millington

George was born in December 1798 in Ewloe and his baptism took place on December 30th, 1798 in Hawarden.¹

George's father was John Millington and his mother was Mary Connah. His paternal grandparents were John Millington and Margaret Youde. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Edward, Charles, Rachel, Margaret, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the nineth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 77 in March 1876 in Keele.²
