Elizabeth's father was John Millington and her mother was Mary Connah.  Her paternal grandparents were John Millington and Margaret Youd. She had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, William, Edward, George, Charles, Rachel, Margaret and Mary.  She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 8 in January 1799 in Ewloe.  She was buried on January 20th, 1799 in Hawarden.¹
