Susannah Mather

Susannah was born on October 30th, 1830 in Deane and her baptism took place on February 27th, 1831 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Susannah's father was William Mather and her mother was Elizabeth (Betty) Farrand.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and Betty Edge. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, James, Wright, Wright, William, Ellen and Elizabeth.  She was the third oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 80 on August 9th, 1911 in Philadelphia.²

‌Susannah and John were married in a religious ceremony on September 14th, 1854 at St. Peter's (Bolton) witnessed by Thomas Horocks & John Blackley.³   They had a daughter named <female>.  There are possibly more children.
