Sarah Mather

Sarah was born in September 1878 in Bolton.¹

Sarah's father was Richard Mather and her mother was Jane Edge.  Her paternal grandparents were James Mather and Ann Riley. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, Robert, Richard, Mark, Joseph, John, Mary, Jane, Alice, Ellen and Ivy.  She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 1 in March 1880 in Bolton.¹
