The Sarah Mather, borh Halliwell was the daughter of Richard Mather and Ann Marsden (i.e. not Isaac Mather and Elizabeth Marsden of Edgworth)
Sarah married Farncis Gornall at Horwich in 1861, but the marriage only lasted 3 years.
They had a daughter Ann in 1862 whio died aged 1. Then Sarah died June 1864 at Halliwell and was buried at Horwich, aged 25.
