Noah Mather

Noah was born in 1757 in Little Hulton and his baptism took place on July 11th, 1756 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Noah's father was John Mather and his mother was <unknown>. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Peter, Thomas, Samuel, Thomas, John, Harry, Catherine, Ann and Betty. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 72 in October 1829 in Little Hulton. His burial was on October 25th, 1829 at Peel Chapel.²

- Noan and Mary lived in Little Hulton, using Peel Chapel (Deane) for their family baptisms. They may have started at Middle Hulton where John, their first child is recorded.
