Harry Mather

Harry was born in 1756 in Middle Hulton and his baptism took place on December 21st, 1756 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Harry's father was John Mather and his mother was <unknown>. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Peter, Thomas, Samuel, Thomas, John, Noah, Catherine, Ann and Betty. He was the tenth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 44 in January 1800 in Manchester.²
