Phoebe Mather

Phoebe was born in February 1789 in Little Hulton and her baptism took place on March 1st, 1789 at St. Mary (Deane).¹

Phoebe's father was Noah Mather and her mother was Mary Hilton. Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and <unknown>. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, David, Thomas, Ann, Betty, Phoebe and Sophia. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 1 in November 1790 in Little Hulton. She was buried on November 17th, 1790 at St. Mary (Deane).²
