  Phobe/Phoebe must have been born after Nov-1990 when the first Phoebe died.  Probably mid-way between Phebe 1st (Feb 1789) and David (Jul 1794) so about Oct 1791.  This would make her 22 when she died, which matches the burial record.

Phoebe's father was Noah Mather and her mother was Mary Hilton.  Her paternal grandparents were John Mather and <unknown>. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, David, Thomas, Ann, Betty, Phoebe and Sophia.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 22 in November 1813 in Little Hulton.  She was buried on November 17th, 1813 at Peel Chapel.^1 1
