Henry is the "second son of Thomas"
In 1828 Henry Mather, labourer, late of G.B. was convicted of fellony and transported for 14 years. Probably another Henry, as this Henry married in 1835 and had 2 or 3 children 2y before the 14 years were done.
In April 1841, Henry died, aged only 29. His wife Jane was living at New Road, Aspull in June, so this was probably his final home.
