Hannah Mather

Hannah was born in October 1846 in Sharples and her baptism took place on October 10th, 1846 at St. Paul's (Astley Bridge).¹²

Hannah's father was Henry Mather and her mother was Sarah Blackburn. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Mather and Hannah Knowles. She had five sisters named Mary, Ann, Rachel, Sarah and Sarah. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 3 on February 18th, 1850 in Little Bolton. Her burial was on February 21st, 1850 at St. Peter's (Bolton).³¹
