David Mather

David's father was Ellis Mather and his mother was Ann Thornley.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund (Edwin) Mather and Mary <unknown>. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named James, William, John, Ellis, Thomas, Peter, Charles, Moses, Betty, Alice and Betty.  He was the second youngest of the twelve children.
