Ann Mather

Ann was born in 1792 in Westhoughton and her baptism took place on November 10th, 1792 at St. Bartholomew (Westhoughton).¹

Ann's father was William Mather and her mother was Mary Green. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, John, Jeffery, Joseph, Henry, Moses, Alice, Mariann and Margaret. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
