Ann was born in 1750 in Radcliffe.  Ann's father was James Mather and her mother was Mary Pendlebury. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Miles, John, Thomas, James, Betty, Martha, Alice, Jenny and Sally.  She was the oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 11 in June 1761 in Radcliffe.  She was buried on June 29th, 1761 at St. Mary (Radcliffe).1 2
